Luxembourg's Cloche d'Or district sees major office space expansion
Businesses exploring opportunities for office or warehouse space in Luxembourg will note the recent announcement regarding professional services giant PwC. PwC Luxembourg is set to substantially increase its presence in the dynamic Cloche d’Or business district, securing an additional significant lease for office space.
PwC leases additional 9,500 sqm in Eosys building
The firm has committed to leasing an extra 9,500 square metres of office space within the Eosys building. This new location is strategically positioned adjacent to their upcoming 34,000 square metre headquarters campus, also located within the thriving Cloche d’Or area. This expansion brings PwC's total planned office space in the immediate vicinity to an impressive 43,500 square metres.
Long-term commitment and future growth
Demonstrating a strong long-term vision for their operations in Luxembourg, the lease for the Eosys building is secured for a period of 15 years. The move into both the new headquarters and the additional Eosys space is anticipated to commence from 2027. This latest commitment represents a significant increase – 28% more office space than initially planned by PwC in this key business district.
Cloche d'Or: a prime location for businesses
The Cloche d’Or district continues to solidify its reputation as a prime destination for major international firms and growing businesses alike. Developments like the Eosys building, being undertaken by experienced developers Grossfeld and Nextensa, highlight the ongoing investment in high-quality, modern office facilities designed to meet the needs of contemporary companies.
This expansion by a leading firm like PwC underscores the continued demand for premium commercial real estate in Luxembourg and the strategic advantage offered by locations such as Cloche d'Or for businesses looking to establish or grow their presence.
