Nous proposons trois postes de travail disponibles dans notre bureau en plein centre-ville.
Deux autres postes sont actuellement occupés par la société Moocon (consulting, gestion de projets immobiliers et architecture).

L’espace comprend également une salle de réunion (qui peut etre transformé en bureau prive si besoin) ainsi qu’une kitchenette, toutes deux mises gratuitement à disposition et partagées entre les utilisateurs du co-working.

Il est par ailleurs possible de louer une place de parking souterrain pour 350 €/mois directement auprès du syndic de l’immeuble.

Le bureau est situé au 6ᵉ étage, bénéficie d’une vue dégagée et d’une excellente luminosité.
Une connexion internet haut débit est disponible.
Tous les postes sont équipés de chaises ergonomiques et de bureaux électriques en bois massif, permettant d’alterner facilement les positions de travail.

Nous travaillons encore sur la décoration et serions ravis de recevoir vos idées et suggestions afin de faire de cet espace un lieu convivial et confortable. L’aménagement des bureaux peut également être ajusté en fonction de vos besoins.

Situé au 25B boulevard Royal, l’emplacement offre une connexion idéale au réseau de transports en commun de la ville.

Vous avez la possibilité de louer de 1 à 3 postes de travail. Il est également possible de domicilier votre entreprise à cette adresse.

We are offering three available workstations in our office located in the city center.
Two other workstations are currently occupied by the company Moocon (consulting, real estate project management, and architecture).

The space also includes a meeting room (which can be converted into a private office if needed) as well as a kitchenette. Both are shared among the co-working users and are provided free of charge.

It is also possible to rent an underground parking space for €350 per month directly through the building management.

The office is located on the 6th floor and benefits from an open view and excellent natural light.
High-speed internet is available.
All workstations are equipped with ergonomic chairs and solid wood electric desks, allowing you to easily alternate between sitting and standing positions.

We are still working on the decoration and would be delighted to receive your ideas and suggestions to make this space a welcoming and comfortable environment. The office layout can also be adapted to your needs.

Located at 25B Boulevard Royal, the office offers excellent access to the city’s public transport network.

You may rent between one and three workstations. It is also possible to register your company’s address at this location.
